Panel / Flooring Delivery 

• FREE DELIVERY: Orders over £499.95 will receive free standard delivery if stocked in our distribution centre. Other items will carry a delivery charge. You can upgrade delivery if you choose.
• £19.95: Standard 2-3 working day delivery.
• £44.95: Multipanel Panels are a 2-3 working day delivery depending on location and live stock. 
• £54.95: Next working day delivery. 
• £54.95: Northern Ireland, 5-7 working day.
• £54.95: Highlands & Islands Scotland, 5–7 working day delivery once dispatched, but if you have a better rate with a courier, please phone us for the items, and delivery can be arranged by you.
• £199.95: For deliveries to Isle of White, Isle of Man, Scilly, and the Channel Islands. 
• £29.95: Re-Delivery charge.
• £29.95: Rejection charge.*
• £0.95: One-off charge for up to three free samples.

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will be picked that day. Deliveries will take place from 8:00am to 6:00pm; we cannot specify a time for delivery due to the size of the wall panels. Please inspect your items when you receive them. It is your responsibility to check for damages, quantities, and items received within 24 hours of receiving them. If there are any issues, please report this straight away, as anything can be sorted out before fitting.

If you refuse a delivery because you do not want it, then you will be charged £29.95 for the return journey. Items will be checked once in our warehouse, and any items damaged will be deducted from your original order. We strongly recommend cancelling orders before they leave our warehouse.

Please check your emails, as you will receive notifications from Wet Wall Works / DX concerning tracking. Please check your "spam" folder, as emails can sometimes end up there. 

Click & Collect - FREE

Before collection from our warehouse, please wait for the "Ready to Collect" email. 

Please note that you will need a photo ID and the card used to make the purchase when using our Click and Collect service.

* We try and keep enough stock of items displayed on our website available, but some products might need ordering due to quantities bought compared to held. If this is the case, we will notify you and your products will be dispatched on the upgraded service once they are in our warehouse. If you have ordered items for a next working day delivery, your delivery charge will be refunded to the difference of the next delivery option, though once the stock is in, your items will be delivered on a next working day delivery.
