Please do not wait until the installation date before you check your order. If any items are damaged we need to be informed within 24 hours of you accepting the delivery. This way we can raise a claim with the courier and dispatch a new item(s) so you do not incur any additional costs from your fitter or a second delivery.
We appreciate that time is limited but when products are being delivered please check for any marks or indentations on the packaging. If you notice anything please mark the delivery note as damaged and inform us within 24 hours with photos and your order details. Please email us at "email@example.com."
If no damages are seen externally we still ask that you check over your order and alert us of any damages within 24 hours of accepting the goods. Our couriers have a 24 hour window for us to notify them of damages as after this time period damages could have occurred by you.
