We advise that you inspect your products for damages before signing the delivery note. If you are unable to check the products, please mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing.
Wet Wall Works must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of accepting your delivery, as we don't want you to incur needless costs. If your item(s) are not reported to Wet Wall Works within this time period, unfortunately a claim can not be raised with our couriers. If reported within 24 hours, we will need photos so that we can pass to the couriers. Please don't take offence to this, as we need to demonstrate the damage.
If items are damaged and need replacing, we need to arrange collection and have the panels in our warehouse before replacements are sent. Another reason why panels should be bought in plenty of time, checked, and to make sure you are happy before having the fitters in to fit.
Please email your order number, batch number, description, and photos of damages to "websales@wetwallworks.co.uk." We will be in touch to resolve the issue.
