- FREE DELIVERY: Orders over £649.95 will receive free delivery, which is a 3-5 working day service.
- £24.95: Standard 2-4 working day delivery on orders below £649.95.

- £44.95: Items from Multipanel & Naturepanel which aren't stocked in our warehouse: 3-4 working-day service.*
- £194.95: Highlands & Islands Scotland is a 5–7 working day delivery once dispatched, but if you have a better rate with a courier, please phone us for the items, and delivery can be arranged by you.
- £74.95: Northern Ireland is a 5-7 working-day delivery once dispatched.
- £29.95: Re-delivery charge.
- £44.95: Rejection charge.*
- £0.95: One-off charge for up to three free samples.
- Please call for delivery costs to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly, and the Channel Islands, as we will deliver to port, and then you can arrange the movement via boat by following this link: https://www.ship2me.co.uk/
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will be picked that day. Deliveries will take place from 8:00am to 6:00pm; we cannot specify a time for delivery due to the size of the wall panels. Please inspect your items when you receive them. It is your responsibility to check for damages, quantities, and items received within 72 hours of receiving them. Report any issues immediately, as we can resolve them before fitting.
The next-working-day delivery is from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday will be dispatched along with orders placed over the weekend on Monday for a next working day delivery on Tuesday.
If you reject a delivery or ask to cancel whilst in transit, you will be charged £44.95 for the return journey along with the original delivery cost. If you received free delivery, you will be charged a one-off fee of £29.95. Items will be checked once in our warehouse, and any items damaged will be deducted from your original order. We strongly recommend cancelling orders before they leave our warehouse.
PDS, the couriers for Multipanel and Naturepanel, will drop-ship some panels, resulting in an increased delivery cost. They will text you the day before and in the morning with your delivery window.
Samples will be dispatched within 3–5 working days for a 48-hour service. If you do not receive your samples, please email or call us to track with Royal Mail.
We strive to meet the specified delivery time, but occasionally, delays occur. If you paid for a next-working-day service, we will refund the difference down to the standard delivery. If your order is over our free delivery threshold, you will then receive free delivery on items which haven't been dropshipped from our suppliers.
Our website does state that items are "available", but please don't get confused with this saying "in stock". Whilst we hold a huge amount of stock, some items are drop-shipped, and if a product is being manufactured, we will update you on the expected delivery day.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Northern Ireland due to the length of time deliveries can take.

Please check your emails, as you will receive notifications from Wet Wall Works/ DX concerning tracking. Please check your "spam" folder, as emails can sometimes end up there.

Before collection from our warehouse, please wait for the "Ready to Collect" email.
Please note that you will need a photo ID and the card used to make the purchase when using our Click and Collect service.
* We try and keep enough stock of items displayed on our website available, but some products might need ordering due to quantities bought compared to held. If this is the case, we will notify you, and your products will be dispatched on the upgraded service once they are in our warehouse. If you have ordered items for a next working day delivery, your delivery charge will be refunded to the difference of the next delivery option, though once the stock is in, your items will be delivered on a next working day delivery.
