Availability
As one of the UK’s leading shower panel suppliers and importers, we supply both domestic and commercial customers. Stock levels can therefore change quickly, particularly for popular products and large orders.
Although all items may remain available to order, there may occasionally be insufficient stock to fulfil your order immediately. If this happens, we will contact you with an updated estimated delivery date and, where appropriate, offer suitable alternative products.
If you have paid for a delivery service that we are unable to provide, we will refund the difference between that service and the next available option. Depending on the products and quantities ordered, we may also arrange a partial delivery. This will be considered individually and discussed with you in advance.
We work directly with our manufacturers and, as a key account customer, can often obtain additional UK stock within a few working days. Products manufactured to order or sourced from overseas may have longer lead times. Once all outstanding items are available, your order will be dispatched using a next-working-day service where possible.
Estimated availability and delivery dates may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.
